THERAPEUTIC
CARE
Under our care, children receive therapeutically-informed support.
Years of research in resilience and attachment theory highlight the crucial role of providing a secure foundation, where children feel safe and are encouraged to explore new activities and experiences.
We actively encourage children in our care to engage in a variety of regular activities, including sports, hobbies, and new experiences that they may enjoy.
We believe that this, along with our therapeutic approach, fosters the development of a child's self-esteem, sense of identity, and the ability to form healthy social connections and relationships.
CHARITABLE WORK
Our initiative began when one of our staff members walked past a local food bank and noticed how understocked it was. She shared the idea of raising funds to replenish the supplies with her manager, and the children eagerly joined in, organising a bake sale to support the cause.
The response from staff and children was overwhelmingly positive, and the effort fostered a sense of humility and gratitude for what we have. The children felt a deep sense of purpose and pride in contributing to charity. Since then, we’ve selected different causes each year to raise funds for.
We supported Yemen, another year we focused on helping homeless, fundraised for
Emergency Aid for Survivors of the devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake in Turkey and Syria, Youngminds- charity for child mental health and most recently for British Cross for helping the starving people in Gaza.
